  • Manage billing and credit usage
  • Send account-related communications (registration, invitations, billing)
  • Improve the Service based on aggregated usage patterns

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • AI service providers: Content generation requests are processed by third-party AI providers (image, video, voice generation). These providers receive only the necessary inputs for content generation, not your account information.
  • Payment processor: Billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.

5. Cookies

Our primary analytics tool (Plausible) is cookieless and GDPR-compliant without consent. If optional third-party tracking scripts are enabled (e.g., Google Analytics), we will request your consent via our cookie consent banner before setting any tracking cookies.

We use the following cookie:

  • cookie_consent: Stores your cookie preference choices. First-party, 1 year expiry.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content is stored according to your subscription plan. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
