By accessing or using AGC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AGC is an AI-powered platform for creating and managing virtual influencer content. The Service includes tools for generating images, videos, and audio using artificial intelligence, with human-in-the-loop review processes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing and Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based billing model. Credits are consumed when content is generated through the AI pipeline. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allocation. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content generated through the Service using your inputs and creative direction. AGC retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create misleading or deceptive content without appropriate disclosures
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
  • Attempt to circumvent human review processes

7. Human-in-the-Loop Review

All AI-generated content undergoes human review before publication. AGC reserves the right to reject content that violates these terms or our content guidelines. You may not attempt to bypass or circumvent the review process.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
